I generally work with busy, ambitious women who juggle careers, family, and society’s expectations and who are tired of the same endless cycle: restriction, loss of control, guilt, and starting over again.
I work online with clients from Romania and the diaspora, and in person in Brașov, in individual 1:1 programs, on topics such as:

I am the founder of Komorebi Centre and of the ACCA Method, a proprietary method for transforming the relationship with food and emotions, based on Self-Awareness, Self-Compassion, Clarity and Conscious Action.
I also created the „Eat With Me” course, the only course in Romania where participants bring their own food and we eat together, exploring what mindful eating means: eating with attention, pleasure and presence.
Method
I work according to my own method: the ACCA Method: Self-Awareness, Self-Compassion, Clarity and Conscious Action.
No perfect plans on paper. No lists of forbidden and allowed foods. No another diet.
The ACCA Method starts from the belief that the relationship with food is not just about food. That is why I work on four directions simultaneously.
My way of working has been strongly influenced by coaching, strategic interventions and behavioral psychology. Over 20 years of active practice and continuous training, I have integrated tools from multiple disciplines, from cognitive-behavioral techniques and NLP to psychosensory techniques and behavioral assessment, and built from all of these a proprietary process, adapted to one single problem: the relationship between emotions, behavior and food.
I did not build this method from books. I built it from practice with real clients, in real situations, on a problem I lived through myself before I taught it.
Mental — Self-Awareness We restructure the beliefs that sabotage your progress. We adopt a growth mindset, replacing self-criticism with understanding and compassion toward yourself. You do not need more discipline. You need more clarity.
Emotional — Self-Compassion We work with the emotions that trigger your emotional eating. You learn to recognize stress, fatigue, anxiety or boredom before they reach the fridge. We build a healthy relationship with your emotions, without suppressing them and without letting them control you.
Behavioral — Clarity We build new behaviors that fit your real life, not an ideal scenario. We replace unhealthy habits with sustainable routines, adapted to your lifestyle and real values.
Physical — Conscious Action You learn to listen to and respect your body instead of forcing it. Reconnecting with the body’s natural signals: hunger, satiety, energy, without fighting it anymore.
For me, movement is not about burning calories. It is about energy and joy. A lifestyle focused on balance, health and longevity, not on perfectionism and forced control.

„Eat With Me”: a unique workshop in Romania
I created the „Eat With Me” course: a unique format where participants bring their own food and we eat together, exploring what it means to be present when you eat.
Nobody ever taught us this. We were told what to eat, how much, when, but never how to eat with attention, with pleasure, with presence.
